Slowly stewing a WHOLE MESS OF WHOLE CHICKENS … You heard me  - a “mess” of Chickens. Although I feel somewhat guilty every time I stew Chickens like my Mother did to make Chicken Noodle Soup, knowing well that it breaks a whole “mess” of French mandates with regards to preparing chicken stock. Needless to say, I feel guilty until, of course, I have the first spoonful of my Mother’s Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup. Who will be the recipient of this distilled potion of wholesomeness and Motherly Love ?
